Woman charged with assaulting police community support officers (PCSO’s)
A woman has been charged with assaulting two Safer Travel PCSO’s after being stopped at Coventry Bus station on Thursday (25 January) at around 3.40pm.
Emma Pullen, was approached after making offensive gestures towards the officers. At which point she became verbally and physically aggressive by pushing and grabbing both PCSO’s.
The 31- year old -was arrested and charged before Coventry Magistrates Court on Friday (26 January) where she pleaded guilty to assault. Pullen has been issued 12 months community order, 70 hours of unpaid work, as well paying compensation to both officers.
